I have tried many of ur receipes which came out very well and also i am following kitchuppa's diet plan too.Anyway Welcome back. Can u suggest any other vathal we can make without sunlight other than illai vadam (For the poor people like us in gulf :bonk)
I get sunlight only for 2-3 days in one of my rooms and its not as high as 'uchai vayyil'...so can I still attempt by maybe increasing number of days I keep the vathal in this sun

dear krishnamma madam, in non veg hotels with biryani they will give one brinjal kulambu and also it is Saudi's chicken biryani side dish.with melagu seasoning.how to do that .it is so tasty.
