Also, thanks for your query. It was a long vacation with some unexpected probs in life. I just think of all the writings you all post here and pull myself. Amidst this, I had stopped yoga and that is troubling my spine now. As the climate is too cold, I am advised not to go for walk now as Sinus affects me a lot.
My plants are lovely, except for the bitter guard etc. Otherwise, my 2-lovely neighbours had taken good care.

great to hear. do check out leslie videos and join one of the threads..walk at home or come mover your body..in the keepfit forum..it is said that when you work out as group you are motivated..and practice pranayamam for sinus...
