Unexplained infertility - Any other tests/options apart from IVF?

Hi,
I have suffered 3 missed abortions at 6 weeks after seeing the heartbeat . 1st was IVF ( 1.5 yrs did not conceive ) good AA grade embryos but m/c , was on enoxaparin , ecosporin, progesterone and predinosolone for 15 days after ET. M/C at 6w. Then conceived twice naturally 2 months later after each D&E ( this time on homeopathy) and again m/C at 6 weeks . Tests done 2 days after 2nd D&E - APLA , Lupus, Anti cardio , baby chromosome tests,thyroid ,insulin etc. . All normal much within limits . My nk cell test report
Cd 19 14.30% (214 ul)
Cd 3 68.58% (1027 ul)
Cs 3-/cd16+cd56 15.47% ( 232 ul)
Lymphocytes 20% - Neutrophils 72% ( almost everytime )
I have questions -
- Do I have elevated NK cell but my absolute no.s are less , and if so do I need treatment
- Do I need any more tests u feel may go wrong with us
- Can u recommend any specialist u know in the eastern region where i can go all tests + treatment

And i have learnt this from you dear.
Talking about the immune issues, tnf controlled accepted, but i can not say with confidence that all others if disturbed would have been controlled.

Without documentary evidence, these are speculations
But talking of tnf its dam sure.

Tnf was high, and its now its in normal range .

How about you?

Suffering thrice is really disturbing;
I can understand this very well because I have also experienced it once.
But three times is heartbreaking.
Currently
I am taking Ayurvedic treatment for high tnf and
got relief both in my reports and in symptoms as well.
However I haven’t conceived yet but am almost there

Just a phone call to dr uppal for an opinion might be of some help in your case.
Because i know someone who had disturbed Nk cells along with positive ana and low amh.
And She conceived after this Ayurvedic treatment and is currently in her fifth month.
I read about her here at indusladies only.
So handling immune / unexplained infertility although is tough but its not impossible.

I am doing good.
Had relations a couple of times in March around midcycle, but couldn’t strike luck.

However in April mid cycle meetings were not possible due my husband’s important work,
he was traveling during the fertile days.

So you can say that i am going through a hard patch.
May be better luck next time

But its not coming, this is life ,
But still we have to live life with hope.

I think its not necessary right now, first you should have a couple of meetings only then think about any further tests.
Why dont you ask Dr Uppal this directly, he can guide you better than me.

As far as i know him he wont recommend you going for so many expensive tests at such an early stage.
Still it’s better you talk to him on this

Thanks for d advice, dr uppal agreed to the same.
No piont going for these investigations at this stage, first of all correctly planned meetings are a must.
one more change i have noticed recently, is that in past so many months there was no
breast heavynes, tenderness etc

But this time my periods are due and i am experiencing such breast heaviness .

What do you say about it? This happens usually before the onset of menses ,
Are you experiencing any of such features?

 

Yes dear I used to experience it but long time back, not in recent times.
Why don’t you ask Dr Uppal about this.

But i need to call dr uppal to tell him something more important and that is


I’M EXPECTING !!!!!


Checked it today itself, because I started searching online the reason for breast tendeness and I found a page saying that this could be signs of early pregnancy. And a few more features i had;

added to my excitement.

Thats why I asked my husband to get me the urine pregnancy kit first thing in the morning asap.

And bingo !!

There it was the most awaited double lines.

After seeing it all
tests, treatment, worries got vanished. And i took a deep sigh of relief.
It was finally a feeling of achievement.

I fought with
fibroids cysts low amh
Thyroid issues
Failed iui’s
Failed ivf’s


At last victorious.
And me n my husband both sincerely appreciate Dr Uppal for his efforts, his time , his guidance and thoughtfulness.
