    @shravs3 Learnt New receipe from you.we mix rice and broken black uraddal in the ratio 3:1 Finely chopped ginger and garlic are added and then cook the rice.Grated coconut is mixed with cooked rice and then serve.we say this as Ulundu saadham .

    Wow I will try the above recipe.. seems to be yummy with ginger and garlic!
