Congratulations.. twins .. double the joy
i dont know if you are keen on naming similar sounding names.. why not choose 2 individual names whose meanings strike you rather than the usual seetha geetha kind of rhyming names?
it would help your kids have their own individual identity than just be 1 of that twins.. just imagine if you have identical twins and names also sound similar? just a thought whihc always strike me when i see twins with such names..
have had such named twins , a few lot while growing up & they were always known as the twins with their names tied together..
Just recently a friend of mine named her twins with really different sounding names & that really felt refrshing

Rishi & Ishir (both have the same letters!!)

Ishir is my son's name and it means agni or the one with lot of glow

our friend's name their children Vijay ( VJ) and Ajay (AJ)

easy to say.
