    Hi Ladies,

    I went in for my first early scan today and came back half heart broken.

    I should be 9+1 weeks today but ultrasound shows a gestation sac way too behind aged at 5 weeks by my midwife. Hardly could i controlled myself. No yolk sac no embryo found. apregancy with uncertain viability....

    Its a 50-50 pregancy as they say. All hopes in for next U/S before we conclude it :(.

    Pls keep me in your prayers...

    Hey Riya, first of all lots of hugs dear. It could be the growth is slow, please don't get heart broken I am sure you will see the miracle soon. My prayers are there for you. eat as much protein as you can it seems to be helping in the growth of the embryo. I am praying for you whole heartedly...

    When is your next scan ?? In the meantime read Garbhalaxmi stotram( in IL there is a thread for this). I am sure she'll shower her blessings on you.

    Thanks for you support pumpkin01. I am still in the process of getting my next u/s lined up. My GP is on vacations.. so trying to sort myself and things meanwhile.
    I am a regular listener of garbhalakshmi stotram, and believe that she will bless me with nothing but the best.
    Very very scared though... :(

    i gone through all of your posts, don't think about the past!! please always maintain positive attitude and whatever you feel it affects your baby growth also !! i am very happy, so many friends from il this year going to be mom especially you from london i am felt excited:drowning, i am also in the 5th week of my pregnancy , i am feeling depression very much and getting angry bcoz hormonal changes but updating in ~IL makes me little bit ok take care !!! be cool, in london where are you living ??
