Traditional stuffed chicken roast recipe

    Hi All,
    Anyone has a good recipe for traditional stuffed chicken roast ?
    i've been looking all over the internet but didnt find a good recipe....

    Here is what I have done & everyone at home loved it.
    1 whole chicken ( clean & ready to bake)
    salt & black pepper to taste along with 1/4 teaspoondried oregano,<label>1/4 teaspoondried basil,1</label><label>/4 teaspoon paprika,</label><label>
    <li id="liIngredient" data-ingredientid="16407" data-grams="0.225">1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper. olive oil.
    I mix all the spices ina bowl & get it under the skin as we won't be eating that & if you put the spice on skin & nt on meat then the meat will be flavour less. I rub oilve oil all over the chicken.
    Pre heat the oven to 450deg F . Place the chicken on a baking tray & place it in the oven for 20 mins & then lower the temp to 400 and bake for 40 mins.Make sure the internal temp of chicken is 180 deg F. Take it out of oven & let it rest for 1o-15 mins. I normally cover it with foil so it stays moist.
