    No exercise.

    9mile hike but both lunch and dinner were at a friends place ..and I am pretty sure I was way over . But I guess I earned it.

    No matter how much I was told or how much I read, I always had a mortal fear of breakfast believing cutting it could help weight loss. Evenings have always been disastrous. However, my early morning classes have converted me to a heavy breakfast in the morning. Today was a farewell party for my students at a restaurant. Almost 600 cals. Lunch was almost twice the amount of brown rice and sambar as usual. I have been able to cut down my dinner to papaya and elakki banana. This pattern seems to be much better.

    Been a really bad girl today. Way above my limit. Am feeling frustrated with the water retention which seems to love to haunt me! :BangHead:

    Here are my charts from 10th to today ... and today is not yet over. So am sure it will get a lot worse by the end of the day. o_O
