    If you have a whole foods store you can look there for barley! I have also seen it places like Kroger/meijer (don't know equivalents to where you live) but I mean general grocery store should carry barley fairly easily.

    Rama, thanks a lot for the reply... There is a Whole Foods store quite far away from my home... Tomorrow I will ask my husband to look for barley there...

    yes you can find barley in Indian store or any other grocery store .I don't know where you live in US but in all new india bazaar in bay area you can get it

    inluvwithmylyf, for my routine urine test, my midwife also said I have traces of protein. she was also not concerned and told vaginal discharge also can result in showing up as traces of protien.
