Topping for Black Forest cake - what cream? Need help!

    hi friends,

    i'm planning to a black forest cake...i know how to make the base....but confusion is in topping....which cream should i use for this ?any brand name...
    in case of fresh cream how should i use that?

    The Original B.F cake recipe has the sensational whipped cream topping only.
    Whipped cream is nothing but the fresh cream/double cream(chilled heavy cream) whipped with powdered sugar+ Vanilla essence till it becomes fluffy.
