intake of methiseeds with buttremilk & putting some vettiver in drinking water, taking oilbath in arugampul thailam or sandanadhi thailam, & intake of arugampul juice also help in reducing body heat. try to get these from india.

This is a wonderful recipe for cooling the body. Arrowroot powder is an excellent ingredient for bringing down body heat.

sprouted fenugreek defenitely works wonders for body heat. daily add this in your diet. if you get fresh mehendi leaves, apply this paste both in your palms and under the feet. it also removes the excess heat.

Apply castor Oil( mix with coconut oil as it is very thick) to scalp; leave it for an hour and take head bath.
Soak methi seeds in a cup of water in night; drink the water in the morning.Do it everyday in summer which reduces the body heat.
Drink milk in the night with one spoon of panan kalkandu.
