    Hi All Ladies,

I have gone through many videos and also heard from my colleagues who have followed this VRK diet (Veeramachaneni Ramakrishna Diet) and got very good results in short time.

I generally don't believe in such crash diet plans and always prefer Healthy eating & little exercise over them because it is easy and good to follow in long run unlike these crash diets.

But now that I have been trying to reduce my post delivery weight from quite sometime with no much results...:disrelieved: and not able to pull up some time for exercise I wanted to give a try with VRK diet may be for 15 days or 1 month and see results.. This is just for time being weight loss and will continue my healthy eating plan after 1 month to maintain the weight..

I have few colleagues and a family acquaintance who have tried this diet for just one month and saw good results...indeed very good results. They almost 7-8 kgs in one month with one break in mid. I believe they have followed 2 meal plan.

Now I am starting this thread to discuss the diet related queries, our concerns and recipes on this Diet plan.

@ All other ladies, Whoever tried or started this diet please post your feedback, your diet recipes etc which will help me and other ppl like me..

Currently I am planning to start from tomorrow. And I dont want to go with 1 meal or 2 meal because I cant sustain hunger for long time and also need energy to commute to office, household things and 2 small kids so i am planning to do 3 meal (this is not his diet program but I am including additional meal....;))

3 times a day, planning to take veg curries/soups/omlette/eggs etc...

Please pour in your thoughts and also ppl who are interested , Join in..

U can take Paneer. Reduced protein intake on short term basis**** doesnt seem to have any ill effects.
Give a trial before you actually follow it seriously. That way you will know if you can bear with it or not.
