    Sorry iniyaasri.. I didn't get your tip correctly..V should add curd while frying ladyfinger or to the cut vegetable? this is going to be very useful tip for me..tats y little more curious..

    V can be prepare ginger&garlic paste and store for even for 1 month but 10 days is considered to be healthy storage.Just add 1 or 2 cloves,small cinnamon stick along with ginger and garlic while grinding.Use olive oil instead of water to make paste.store this in glass container inside fridge,it'll remain fresh.These spices sever as natural preservative.

    Usually I do two things, to make the ladyfinger less sticky or not at all sticky

    1. Once the vegetable is washed, I cut the pieces and dry all the pieces on a newspaper and leave it as such for sometime. This makes the ladysfinger not sticky while cooking!

    2.If you think the above way is little consuming, you can add one spoon curd while frying the ladysfinger. At once it will seem to be too sticky. But after sometime, when you add corn flour, you can see the stickiness getting reduced or no stickiness at all!

    But I prefer the first one. Its less messy. :) :)

    Hmmm sounds new.. I store ginger garlic paste by adding little turmeric and salt and store for 1 month in fridge. Will try this method too.. Thanks for sharing

    Hello all,
    I have recently joined I
    Nice link to share.
    Regarding stickiness of ladies finger.
    Fry ladies finger using about 2 tsp oil add little water , add little tamarind about 1tsp cook for 3-5 ms . Remove the veg and use in any dish.

    Daily clean u'r kitchen. N table too.

    When u burn steel bowl badly. Pour water n lemon r vim lemon. Keep for 1day n wash it will remove the stain.

    If gravy foods become. More liquidy. Add coriander powder r puttana powder

    If salt is excess add lemon juice.
