Ingredients Tindora - 15 Coconut - 1/4 cup Tamarind - marble sized Jaggery Red chillies - Guntur (3), Byadgi 1-2 Coriander seeds - 1 1/2 tsp Hing Oil Mustard Curry leaves Method First fry tindora with little oil until soft. Now fry coriander and red chillies separately . Grind the above fried ones with coconut , tamarind , jaggery and salt to paste . Now take pan and add oil , mustard , curry leaves and hing . Now add the grinded paste and boil well .
