Dear OP, for a working woman it’s very hard to find me time or personal time on weekdays in my experience. Morning 6 to evening 6.30 is spent at work & getting back. After that cooking, cleaning, putting kid to sleep, prepping for the next day. I pretty much find my me time for an hour or two after putting Dd to bed at 10. But that comes at the cost of my sleep , I try to make do with a 6 hour or less sleep during weekdays. It may not be ideal for everyone, but that’s my only personal fix! One more area you could make for personal time is if you had cooking & cleaning help, but I guess one would still need to supervise domestic help, so not much help there. So cutting from sleep seems like only option, though not healthy in long run.
