Spend less time in cooking by doing freezer cooking or semi freezer cooking. It saves a lot of cooking time.
hi @centsibleindian, yes , But fresh food always taste better n good for health... I do try semi freezer Cooking..
Sonal, I agree that fresh food tastes better than freezed food. But it's good for your health. Not the other way. We are freezing the food right after cooking. Hence, it's not losing the nutrients.
Dont buy too much of anything .. Try to reuse item.. For eg : At time , I want kindle for book reading, but when Smartphone suffice with that kindle app , why to invest 10K for book reading device ..
1. Balance social media time. and if you dont use any social media, deactivate the account. For me FB was a huge time waste. Deactivated 5 years back, didnt miss it at all Twitter and LI - only for professional reasons Pinterest- is my sanity savior Mailbox- unsubscribed all shopping/ blogs/ DIYs/ health articles. Kept very few subscriptions in each category. 2. Research time. I get crazy with reseaching anything- easy access to internet is the reason behind it. so 25 mins max allocated time for any topic. after that I must stop surfing and reading. 3. Evening time, cell phones are kept away-- like far way in the entrance coat closet. calls/ texts have to wait until after dinner. 4. Control to-do lists. 3 lists- Home, Work and Personal. Within each list only 3 top to-dos get most attention. I refuse to beat myself up if I cant finish more than 3 tasks in those 3 lists.. pls share some more productivity hacks...we all need them
I am not sure if its only me.. but now adays I can not multi-task efficiently as I used to in my 20s. Now, I start getting anxiety is I try to accomplish a lot at the same time
