Time Consuming Task in Daily Chores!

    Dear friends,

    This is an interesting question.

    Which is the most time consuming task when you get ready to go out/office?

    For me,It is combing and plaiting my hair and applying kajal.These are the major guys who eat up my time like anything.

    Anything which i do without interest consumes more ..in my case the topper among those are : packing lunch :rant:rant:rant.Both of us hardly take 15 minutes to take bath and get ready

    I can cook as many dishes as possible and get ready in 10 minutes but packing lunch for both of us is the toughest job for me.I really feel lazy for it.Every morning i miss my mom that moment.Used to think about happy college/school going days.Hmmmmm

    [JUSTIFY]for me cutting vegetables... !!! I precut veggies before night except when I am going to cook aalo or brinjal or raw banana next day . I find this task most time consuming thought it takes at max 10-15 minutes, :tongue I can cook manyyy dishes but I simple don't like cutting veggies. :) . I try to overcome that by cutting when watching good movie or favourite program. :) [/JUSTIFY]

    How did I forget packing lunch??:bonkI also hate this activity to the core.DH takes cello lunck box.It involves everything to be neatly packed,else it will spill out substances.I get fully drenched after I complete this activity in hot summer these days.:rant

    Very true pavani.I have big nails.I got fascinated to grow big nails and hence cutting veggies is always a big task.I need to concentrate on veggies as well as my nails at the same time:biglaughVeggies should be cut,and not the nails.:hide:

    I agree pavani.We plan the next day's menu while having dinner.If it is beans or beetroot sure they are nightmare for me :rant:rant.

    But above all there is one more tough-fight...Yes...Greens..Cannot explain the trouble i undergo while cleaning greens :-(..We can't prepare it the day before as the freshness cannot be preserved, so it is always a trouble for me.

    very true :) !!! how did i forget this point...even me too..I too have fascination for long nails...Once i cut brinjals, made curry and later realized 2 of my nails missing..and I was sooo much worried if nails went into curry and ultimately left the curry :-( ..not sure if curry had nails in it [/JUSTIFY]

    As Cindhuja said,cutting beans,carrot,beetroot,onion are definitely difficult.Oh God! I cannot handle this!
