    Hi all, there are so many threads open such as the weightloss buddies 2012 to give you support with low cal but healthy diets - so if you can't do the gm diet its okai, you can join the rest of us :)

    hi all , my yesterday diet
    morn 6:00 1 glass water with fenugreek seed
    7:00 1 glass water
    10:00 tea and cooked cabbage with one onion and tomato salad
    11:00 4 almond
    11:00 2 glass water
    1:L00 butter milk
    2:00 cooked cabbage with salad
    6:30 tea and rosted groundnut and chana with choped onion, tomato , greenchilly

    exercise 1 and half mins traedmil in two parts

    Nidhi wow ur diet is so low in calories, good going
    This coming Sunday evening my son second bday so I have 7 days to reduce few pounds
    Already iam taking low calorie diet so these 7 days I will do bit severe and I will update at the end of day

    hi all , my today routine is............................
    6:00 - 1 glass water with fenugreek seed
    8:30 - 1glass water and 2 almaond
    9:30 - 1 glass water and cooked courliflower with onion , tomato
    10:00 - 1glass water
    11:00 - 1 glass water
    12:45 -hand full rosted chana and groundnut
    3:00 - 1/4 paratha, 1 bowl boondi raita , cooked courliflower ,onion and cucumber
    6:30 - tea and 2 bread souce
    8:00 - one bread pakoda
    (total water in a day 3 lt)
    this day is not so good . i eat a lot today. when i m writing i realise that.
    exercise...........
    morning - 1hour tread mil
    afternoon - 20 min treadmil
    night - 30 min treadmil
    (speed 6.3 to 6.5 and inline 15)
    that all.

    Hi , my update for today

    Weight is 156.4lbs

    9am to 10am ------ elliptical
    11am ----------- one cup of coffee
    Water in between
    2pm ---------- one glass of buttermilk with chicken curry
    Grapes and water in between
    5pm ------- one glass of water melon juice
    8pm -------- 2 Chapathis with brinjal curry
    Water

    Hi, update for today
    Nidhi where are u?

    Weight stuck at 156.4lbs

    9am ------- 45min elliptical
    11am ------- one cup of coffee
    1pm -------- one glass of buttermilk with little chicken curry
    3pm ------- left over cheese burger of my son :(
    5pm ------- glass of orange juice
    8pm -------- glass of butter milk with little shrimp curry
    Water just taking in between

    Hope I will reduce at least few ounces tomorrow

    hi sarah , u will definately reduce . if we are doing hard work , result will definately comes.
    my weight 65.2
    10am................one sandwich(onion tomato )
    10:15am.............tea
    1pm..................few chips
    4pm....................curry, onion,few banana chips
    7pm...................tea 1\4 piece cake few snacks(namkin)
    (3 lt water in a day )
    treadmil ....................1 hour 55 min ( morning 1 hour , noon 15min, evening 40 min)

    hi all , happy ganesh chaturthi . to day is my fast so i eat less but not low cal.
