    Hi Nidhi, 3days I could do but today I went out with friends so had a break from GM diet. I guess I will try to follow some low calorie diet instead of GM diet as it is very hard to avoid social circle for me

    hi sarah, yes it is hard to follow.For this diet we should be mentaly strong .I always break my diet. i am trying one more time .

    before my weight is 76 and i lose 14 kg . my weight reached on 62 kg on april 2012.but in last 2 months i gain 5 kg again .now i am 67 kg.

    This weekend I have 3 birthday parties so will try to start on Monday and Plz update your progress

    hi sarah, i have complited my day 1st of gm diet. today is my 2nd day. yesterday morning i was 66.5 and today morning my weight is 65.7 kg. i loss 800g.

    hi sarah, i complited my 2nd day also , but i did little cheating. in evening got headache so i had tea w/o sugar.i lost only 100 g. it's sad that i loss only 100 g, but it's good that atleast i loss some thing.

    GM diet day 2nd my routine is ........
    morning _ half cup black tea w/o sugar
    1 glass water


    breakfast _ 1 boiled potato
    2 glass water

    mid day _ 1plate cucumber, onion and tomato salad
    2 glass of water

    lunch _ 1 and half bowl boiled vegi
    1 glass water

    evening around 5:00 _ 1 glass water

    dinner 7:00 _ 2 bowl boiled vegi and tea w/o sugar

    water
    exercise in morning _ 40 min tredmil
    15 min cross trener
    50 crunches
