    Dear Mala mam i used to watch my uncle performing abhishekam pooja and naivedyam annam and i have also watched my grandma making payatramkanji with jaggery and milk for her palagaaram in the evenings of sivaratri krittigai. She used to offer this kanji as naivedyam

    Lord Shiva is also*known as the Baidhyanath which means a doctor in ancient language. He is the creator of yoga, you could*have noticed*that in every image he is in the yogic posture and not like other God in relax posture.
