Practice in the Early morning to see better results.
Drink plenty of Water after yoga .

Few days...little pain will be there and later you dont feel lazy.
If you regularly practice, you can see the difference in the body and easily reduce 1 hrs of sleep. 6-7 hrs is good enough...

5 days in week is good enough and u will feel the difference.

Diet: lot of green vegetables will help... yoga guru says..No cheese..no pizaas...etc ...and one day u can rest all these...

.Add Surya namskara's with pranayama's ...You will see lot of difference .

    Anika,

A couple of questions. Where do you do yoga - by yourself or in a class? That would help me answer better. But here I try...

    My answers in blue.

Sorry for the long post. I got carried away.

@anika987 That's normal to feel hungry after yoga...drink lots of water.
One should not eat 3 hours before and after performing yoga. if hungry, you can consume liquid

As long as your body can take it, you can do it

No issues with that, it all depends on your capacity

You do yoga to reduce weight?
Yes, you will start to see the changes, but it will be slow.

Also try pranayama with yoga asanas, it is very helpful and effective
