    Surprising how the one
    rejected by family
    Could easily fit as one
    among the primates actually?

    Though weak and pale,
    she looked comfortable there,
    Presently scared and secluded
    she is among the curious viewers.

    Must have felt safe even when
    naked among the monkeys
    Currently unsafe even when
    clothed in full modesty.

    Uncivilized animals have shown
    affection in her nurturing,
    Now time for humans
    to give her a humane upbringing!
