The elusive green one

Finally today managed to get this bird which I mentioned earlier. It is very small, dull green with shades of brown mixed, very shy and keeps flitting between the leaves. Barely sits in one place. Very pleasant chirping sound.
Please could someone help me identify it?

I too see a lot of kites near the office and at home.. but the tiny birdies you see are so exptional.. lucky you!!!
