A very powerful lesson besides a great sense of humor. Florida Government appointed a committee of experts with $20 million budget to come up with idea as to how to develop a tech corridor from Tampa to Orlando. They took 5 years to come up with the idea to add more lanes to interstate 4 and by the time the report was submitted, the tech corridor was already in place making the government to add additional lanes anyway.

My business partner when he learned about $20 million dollar budget, he commented, "Had they given me $2,000 and a bottle of wine, I would have come up with this idea in an hour".
