If justice delayed is justice denied in most cases justice is not given in India. The cases either get delayed due to heavy judicialo b backlog or lawyers deliberately ensure that the case is not listed for hearing , often for years to ensure that there is no early judgement and ther guilty clients remain scott free as in Salman's case.
