    Hi Sabitha, exactly. Normally, nice me would not mind taking up the challenge and getting the house painted. So yes, I am not keeping exactly too well. Nice swollen knees, back issues, tachycardic etc. So it will take another 2 X 5 year plans before I take that one on!!! Yes, I guess it is about 25 years old.
