    So I will be doing JM BFBM (Full) or 4 miles + 100 Jumping Jacks in this 15 days.

    great work girls.Last week I did JM BFBM for two days,some how my knee got hurt very badly and this is the first time this happened.From then not going on BFBM side :spin.Probably I will try once I recover.
    I do aerobics but never happened this way.:confused2:
