    awesome.. i started this diet and ebnded the same day. couldnt manage havung just fruits and walking to the rest room all the day on my work.. :(

    Today was my day-5 of GM Diet but it wasnt as it was supposed to be.i ate watever i felt like in small quantity.
    breakfast - 2 veg cutlets (zero-oil and mixed with rajma)
    mid morning - half glass milk
    lunch - 1 slice of mango , 2-3 finger chips, 2 pieces of sweets...i knw too bad

    now in dinner im only going to have mixed pulses and later milk.i will be sleeping early so that i dont binge on anything at night.

    Hi Amrita,
    I think you should consider the diet when you are in a better state of mental and physical health.Mood-swings are an important factor when you are doing something new and challenging so be better equipped and wait till your menses are over.I think you should just relax and eat your comfort food in healthy proportions avoiding the junk food.     Long long back, I've tried this but couldn't take upto 4th day.

    I hate raw tomatoes.. what else can i substitute with this??

    you can make tomato rice or make tomato soup adding a few more ingredients for flavour.ive been googling a lot about GM diet whenever i have a doubt.you can find some nice recipes just try to google in how many ways you can have your tomato while you are on GM diet.

    day- 6

    morning- tea , 2 cream biscuits :d
    papaya, watermelon
    lunch - mix veg
    evning - 1 bread pakora...oops!
    dinner - 1 small juice, 1 raw tomato, milk

    I have reduced in inches so much that my clothes are now lose.im so happy,cant explain in words :)

    My updates:
    Since, June 22nd I followed a good food diet & ex plan. I feel few inches reduced in my tummy area. Now, my pants are fitting me well. But, still not the last year pants. Still, need to work out more ;)
