if u are planning to persue ur career in teaching in abudhabi
1)atleast required a 6months montesary certified training with graduation for working in nurseries and in KG sections in schools
2)requires B.ED with graduation or postgraduation for primary and secondary sections
3)requies B.ed ,M.ED with atleast 5yrs experience in any schools for school co-ordinator or supervisors.
4)a full time phdor Mphil with least 3yrs exp for college lecturer

these are basic requirements u need to apply for teaching jobs in ministy

but some schools due give jobsto graduates and undergraduates as teachers but get u register under some other tag. like office assitant or helper and pay mere wages.so u wont get any experience letter from them as a teacher whenu like to opt to some other school.

(*****better to get ur self certified as a montesary teacher as there are many online montessary course available but i really dont know how much it worth.
get a distance learning B>ed if ur are plaaning to study from here as UAE dont give admission for teaching prog.for other country people)

being a engineer why do u want to change ur profession
u can complete M.E and a Phd and easily join as a college lecturer in an enginering college as there are large scope for it in UAE.but i do understand its a long time comsuming.

schools dont deal with any engineering subjects till 10 grade .if for 11 and 12 th science they highly prefer experienced and equally highly qualified teachers as these are approved by uae ministry.

nothing wrong in giving a try. just handover some of ur resumes to some indian schools near by under teaching category.but remember the important fact which i have mentioned after no.4
