Taking Kids To Abroad

Hi,

I am separated from husband due to his abusive behaviour but not legally divorced. I have got onsite opportunity recently. So i left india leaving my kids with my mom. My mom is taking care of my daughters now. Now I am planning to take my kids with me. My husband is nowhere thiniking about kids. He is not in contact with them. So how to get visa for kids without his consent like getting the court order for child custody something like that. Ladies, please advice.

If you feel you have secure job and settled means you can take your kids, i think you did not mention which place you are there present if you mention people will suggest!! Its good if you take divorce and taking kids in future there will be no issues!!
