Mediterranean cuisine is one of my most favourite cuisine. Consists of yummy foods like Falafel, Variety of Hummus, Pita bread and so on. And oh my their Baklava’s are to die for.

Baklavas are one of my most favourite desserts. I still remember the first time when I ate Baklava, cannot forget that lovely feeling! Just like first crush which can never be forgotten:hearteyes:

So whenever we go to Mediterranean restaurant Baklava’s are a must to have!

Mediterranean cuisine is one of the healthiest cuisine too. I love their buffet which includes lots of yummy salads! Yes you heard it right - Salads can be yummy too .

Falafel resembles our Masala Vada, but differs in taste.
Next comes Baba Gonoush - Made out of Eggplants
Vegetarians can easily survive with Mediterranean cuisine.
Hummus- Is very healthy and tasty which is made out of Chikpeas, and served with olive oil and a pinch of zatar. It can be eaten with falafels or pita bread.
Baklava rolls - Layered pastry sheets made with Dry fruits , ghee and sugar.
    It’s very yummy.

Now let’s come to the actual recipe for Tabouli - Main hero is Parsley.Though it resembles coriander, it has some unique flavour. It’s loaded with antioxidants and other nutrients.

Made this yesterday and turned out just like restaurants.

@shravs3, this dish looks so tempting. I will definitely give it a try. Can I do away with olive oil?
