    Hi am just entered in to 22nd week of pregnancy,and from yesterday I had swallowed feet, even am keeping pillow under my legs and doing walking for 3omins daily, and my BP is normal, how to fight with swallowed feet plz advise,am bit tensed bcoz my mom saying it's too early that I have swallowed feet, thank you

    Majority of the ladies get foot swelling in the last trimester. Try this and you will find relief.
    Main reason is the bad water retention leads to swallowed feet. Take a cup of water with 2 teaspoons of fennel seeds. Boil it for 5 to 7 minutes and you can add sugar if you want.
    Drink when it is warm and within half day you will feel that you are urinating more and the swelling is reduced to a greater extent. Practically I did it many times in my pregnancy.

    I'm not trying to be rude, but it's "Swollen Feet". Somehow when I read this, I imagined something completely different.

    Swelling of feet is common during pregnancy. However , suddenly. or excessive swelling post 20 weeks could be a sign of preaclampsia. Your BP is normal so I would not worry too much but check with the doctor for your peace of mind.

    Ha s swelling inl,but I used Google typing dictionary so unnoticed it, trying to change but not possible,thank u,will look in to that post
