    Hi Ladies,
I will be starting with my IVF from next month. All the attempts have no success so we have decided better to go for it. I am doing my research to narrow down the best center for IVF. I humbly request you lovely ladies to please suggest me based on your experience. Yes, understand that the success rates depends on one's luck but I'll be really really thankful for your honest recommendations please?
    Awaiting your replies.. :smirk:

    Hi suchi..
I'm also going for ICSI at the month of Jan under the treatment of Dr.Rashmi Yogesh at NOVA hospital. Hospital equipped with modern equipments.I have heard good reviews about her. During my appointment with Dr.rashmi, I even met with a lady blessed with twin baby boys and expressing her gratitude to the Doctor. It strengthened my decision even more.

All the best @Punny2. Wishing you lots of sticky baby dust. Its very nice when you see positive results in front of you. It'll boost you and also is a sort of strengthens you. Please do keep posting your updates, it'll help us a lot.
I too have heard good feedback on NOVA but also heard that not all of the centers are good, depends on the doctor mainly. Sorry I forgot to ask, which branch of NOVA are you consulting? I am in Bangalore.

Thanks for your wishes suchi and wish you the same.
Yep you are correct. Branches and doctors makes difference.
I had been to sadashiv nagar nova first and consulted Dr Aviva Pinto. Hospital was far from my place so I dropped that.
Now I'm consulting Dr.rashmi at Kormangala nova.
Till now I found Dr.rashmi is better than Dr.Aviva Pinto considering treatment protocols.

Do you mind sharing the cost details? (If its OK with you!! :frown::frown:)

Okay... Distance matters as we have to visit hospital very frequently during ART.
Nova quoted 1.75L to 2Lacs depends on medication requirement to ones body.

Can any of you let me know how dr.aswini from Aspire fertility , HSR Layout is handling IVF treatment? I did consulting and i felt no proper orientation regarding IVF and no explanation regarding diet/nutrition and the hospital has no admission facility . Can any of you please explain how these are handled if you have started treatment already in Aspire ?

    Thanks in advance

Its the belief, stress, mental, emotional strength and occupation is what matters significantly (Distance not sure, some one whom i know travel from bangalore to AP for treatment) .
world wide IVF protocols are similar, its the selection of possibilities such as when to do the stimulation, transfer (Fresh or FET) makes a significant contribution.
When you go for IVF, D3 growing babies (Embies) are seen 99% of the times, except in the event of complete fertilization failure. The quality of embryos and decision to do fresh embryo transfer or FET with hormone treatment to prepare the good endometrium often makes IVF successful.

in my opinion, more than online reviews, forums like IL are more realistic, but visit your doctor or center personally and get a feel before starting.

Remember IVF is the only medical treatment where doctors can not see or show you the outcome of IVF stimulation, they will know number of follicles but not number of eggs and its quality.
Embryologist enables the later part and inject the sperm into egg which gives embryos,
its the best outcome from these two people which makes a significant difference in your success.

A patient with age 38 got stimulated for IVF treatment, patient gave me a single egg, i did ICSI and it is high quality embryo. we decided not to do the fresh transfer, i freeze single embryo.
when i suggested the patient to go for second cycle, so that we can have 2-3 embryos transferred for best outcome, they took the decision to go for single embryo transfer and if it fails they wanted go for one more IVF then adaption. I revived the single embryo and transferred with HRT.
Turned out to be she got conceived. That single embryo made it and now she is at her mothers place. it costed them 1.4L (with freezing and laser hatching). I was very happy to follow the patient suggestion.....

    regarding reviews on IVF treatment,
I red the review and visited BACC in 2010 for our own treatment, its the system we were not comfortable with, tried our treatment in zurich, switzerland GynART during our Ph.D, returned to India and started Bmom to make a difference. we do have failures but with a significant reasons,
but what makes me satisfied is
you got only one egg from a patient with 38 who came from shimoga for IVF treatment,
you inject sperm, it grows as a good quality embryo,
single embryo you freeze and thaw,
    do the single embryo transfer
and she get conceived............ heights of satisfaction for the reason why Bmom is Established.

Take home message, being a patient you cant change the system but you can find and get treated in a system you feel confident. Each IVF center has both failures and success (they are like sides of the coin), with good doctor, good embryologist and good system you will get the high probability of success.

wish all the couples who are trying for kids very best
    SP.
