suggest a comfortable water-proof swim cap for adults

I bought the lycra one but water gets in and hair becomes wet. This one does not pull hair which is good but hair gets wet and is becoming dry. I do not want to wash my hair everytime and want to avoid it. I bought the silicone one but I simply hate it:bonk...... it pulls the hair like anything but it is water-proof.

Can anyone suggest a good one , not silicone, which is water proof and helps to protect hair while swimming.
