I saw some alternatives at costco Truvia/ Stevia / coconut syrup. I add a table spoon of sugar in my coffee . I was wondering if there is a healthy alternative ?

    Thanks

i believe reducing sugar and getting used to the taste is a better habit.

coming to healthy alternatives though calories are the same i like our karupatti the original one, cane molasses.

i use organic cane molasses from egypt based brand. and the label said 47 calories for spoon. though i use just half of it as i am not a sweet tooth person. i drink my morning cup a bit sweet. evening one no sugar..

igredients is just sugar cane juice that is being processed for sugar products
