Hi.. People who are having burning in eyes and feel so stressed can try this tip. Tip: Before go to bed try to put cotton swabs dipped in raw milk or rose water on eyes weekly once. Left it overnight. this will give soothing feel to ur eyes and relieve from stress. Hope this will help you
Another tip that really works for me when i read too much, or do anything that tires out my eyes..keep a clean spoon in the fridge for half an hour ...(can keep one permanently for this purpose) and gently press the raised area on your closed eyelids. works like magic
I heard it is not advisable to apply castor and sleep.It causes puffiness in the eyes.Yet it is fine to leave it on your eyes for an hour or so...
