What is 'change' and why is it required in our life?According to the dictionary , change refers to adopt something new , may be ways, ideas, thoughts . If we talk of change in our life then also we can say that something which is constant in our life is change. Doing same things again and again and moreover without bringing any change leads to boredom. Sometimes small changes make us happy and imaginative and all the more creative.So sometimes changes are good and sometimes they are bad depending on our perceptions. Transformation is true change.And this transformation mostly appears in our journey of life. Transformation is not a matter of concept but an uplifting experience. Transformation involves a step change from bondage to freedom, from misery to joy , from frustration to fascination.Be like a child and try to dwell on the qualities freedom , joy , innocence and fascination. These qualities will help you to transform. The major obstacle in the process of transformation is that we are bounded by tension within us. let us release it out. Every time one is tense one injects poison into one's body . every time one is in love a new energy is created. One has to be sensitive to this impact on one's being. When your mind starts changing your body starts changing. When your feelings start changing your body starts changing. Changing your thoughts, feelings and values brings about transformation. With this positive vibration you start realising you are not just the body ... but also something beyond. Then the beyond starts guiding you. Life becomes a pilgrimage from the known to the unknown, from the visible to the invisible
