Starting weight loss group who following Ramdev pranayam & yogasana

    Hi friends,Kirti here.I tried so many diets & exercieses.but weight moving up & down.I finally decide to walk on the easy & safe path.Ramdev maharaj telling lots of thing for weight loss.I attained shivir & in 6 days i lost 5 kg,by pranayam & some asana & taking healthy food.Now i want to start group any body like to join with me. Food is so simple & healthy.fruits,all vegetables(no banana),
    no potato or starchy veges),sprouded mug for breakfast & only law fat milk allowed full glass after pranayam & yoga .

    One thing i forgot u have to take lauki jauice after yoga session.
    How to make?
    500 gm lauki+7 leaves tulsi+7 leaves phudina
    Crush it & extract juice & drink it u can add pepper.no salt
    It'll reduce weight
    In lunch Daliya it's a combination of bajara,wheat,mug........U can find in last in video of yoga for matapa..
    (wheat 500 gm+bajara500gm+rice500gm+mug500gm+50 gm seasame seed+20 gm ajwain)rost all thing & crush little in mixxy cook 50 gm daliya in 700 ml water.
    thin laban 1 or 2 glass
    waterboiled sabji
    evening snack any 1 fruit

    for dinner1 glass milk,fruits or
    if u feel more hungry take boiled vegetables no potataoes.

    Take sindhav namak(salt) No regular salt
    If u have constipatin take trifala churna at night with warm water.

    will be happy to join you but i m going with another groups.....will check my weight as soon as possible and will ......
    any way from yesterday i have started changes in my diet.......today i have taken sprouts for breakfast and for lunch broken wheat khicdi cooked with vegetables........as far as asans ......i was doing it and from yesterday started doing kapalbhatti and jogging as baba shows(1 pose)........so i think i am on same path as you are going from tomorrow .......

    hi kirti,

    (I attained shivir & in 6 days i lost 5 kg,by pranayam & some asana & taking healthy food.)

    adding to what i have replied.......if you don't mind.....it will be helpful to know what was your daily routine,mainly food and exercise in those 6 days.....as for me i am concentrating only on kapalbhatti n not doing another pranayams........what you think on this.........

    also if you have lost 5 kg in 6 days why you have kept target of 90 days........

    Dear Manisha,
    I have self experience.During the 6 days only pranayans & asanas & yogic joging.2 session .so more benifit.i got up early morning 4:30 & after finish normal kriya bath etc... shivir start at 5 o'clock 5 to 8.no whole time pranayam & asana bhajan also their.May be 1 hr pranayan,& 40 minor 30 mins asana.& 10 mins yogic joging & remaining time nice & holy words from babaji.In evening time 4 to 7.Same schedule..U can fing all pranayan in video.Sit & write in paper.Make diary.How to do it?write the name of pranayam step by step.Kapal bhati is more beneficial.Start from 3 min & reach to 20 min contineously u have to do it.whenever u tired take break.again start.u'll become expert aftersome time.Total 7 pranayam,7 asana,7 sukshamavyayam & 11 joging exercieses..That's all.I'm lazy I know all thing but on internet surfing reading too much about weight loss so which one i have to try i 'm confused,at last i select this way.Bye take care u want to know more u can ask i'll reply.

    hi kirthi,
    Nice to read your way of shedding weight. Iam also practising yoga and aasanas for the last 6 months. The effect is amazing.I feel quite light .One has to feel the effect by doing contonously for 3 months. i have taught my daughter the pranayama. she says she is able to absorb fast and retain in her memory whatever she reads in her college. iam living in Muscat. Keep posting about yoga and it uses,

    thanks for your reply but you have not said about food and why 90 days........bonk
    i am also same like u........only surfing net for weight loss but not sticking to one........actually after my first delivery i use to do pranayam by watching baba ramdev's program on astha international(i was in Muscat at that time n it use to come @9.30 or 10.00)so inspite of eating lot........sweets,chocolates,icecreams.........i was able to maintain but yes i it reduces tummy fat(kapalbhatti)

    no problem,u can ask i'll answer if i know.I have special occation after 90 days.so i'll stick for 90 days .After that i'll follow the same.I want to reach ideal weight.

    i like Muscat more than Doha...........we use to leave in Wadi kabir n all green lawns ,walking tracks around......very nice.....
