Starting A New Weight Loss Thread - Sap From Oct 1 2019

    Day 2.. oct 2nd 2019 (start weight - 70.0 kg. today weight - 68.9 kg)

    Bf - 2.5 wheat bajra roti n tomato curry
    Mixed 1 portion of wheat flour with half portion of bajra flour and made a dough. Made roti (oil less)
    Tomato curry - in a pressure pan, add oil, mustard, jeera, onions and green chillies. Fry well. To this add tomatoes and turmeric powder, salt and sambar powder. mix well and cook for 4 - 5 mins. Add little water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.

    Lunch - 1 cup broken wheat + 1/2 cup pepper chicken curry + 1/2 cup curd + 4 slices brinjal fry.

    Coffee - 1/2 cup

    Snack - 1 apple + 1 orange

    Dinner - 2 slices brown bread + 1 cup capsicum egg burji
    and oziva shake - 2 tsp oziva powder, kellogs museli - 2 tsp, 1/2 cup milk + 1/2 water and blend well
    (this time it was super tasty)

    No exercises last 2 days.. atleast should be back to gym from tomorrow.

    poori... allowed? try to avoid oily items pa.. weight loss will be faster.

    I dont think any thing is allowed and not allowed. I am going to eat everything in moderation according to my calorie requirement and include more protein in diet and not give up exercising.

    Day 3, Oct 3 2019, Weight 68.6 Kgs

    Bf - 2 slices of brown bread + 1/2 cup paneer capsicum Burji

    2 carrots + 1 raw guava

    Coffee - Without milk and sugar, made with cream 1 cup

    Lunch - 2 roti made from wheat + bajra flour, bottlegourd dhal and cauliflower fry

    Coffee 1/2 cup (with less sugar)

    3 marie gold biscuits

    Dinner - 3 ragi dosa + bottle gourd curry + 1 cup of protein shake (oziva) made from 2 tsp of oziva & 200 ml water.

    No exercise last 3 days .. excuses - Festival time..

    I try to walk during my lunch break at office. Benefits are: it makes me happy, a good break from office and I am already ahead of my exercise game and I dont regret if I didnt workout in the evening!!

    My food updates:
    Wed:
    Breakfast : 2 appam + 1/2 egg and curry, kale blue berry smoothie
    Lunch: Tortilla roll (1 tortilla, 2 slices of pepperjack cheese and few chicken deli pieces)
    Snack: 1 cutie orange
    Dinner: Oats porridge with dal - veg curry and kale stir fry.
    Dessert : 3 tbsp of plain vanilla cake.
    Exercise: Walked 1.5 miles

    Thu:
    Breakfast : 2 appam + 1/2 egg and curry, kale - grapes smoothie
    Lunch: 3/4 cup white rice and 1/2 cup brown beans w/ 1/2 tsp of pickle
    Dinner: Chicken deli sandwich with hummus (around 275 calories), egg omlette.
    Dessert : 3 tbsp of cake.
    Exercise: Walked 1 mile
