Sponsoring visitor visa for my mother's sister and her husband(Badi maa couple)

Hi All,


I wish to sponsor visitor visa for my mother's sister(Mother's Akka/Deedi) and her husband.
As my mother was expired long back and she took care of us whole childhood i am willing to sponsor their visit to US
Regarding the documents, I don't have a Birth Certificate(I managed with 10th class certificate all the time) and found that it is compulsory.

Now my question is,
1. Is there a way i can get it from an Indian consulate here in US??

I searched for this in Indian consulate but couldn't find helpful info.

2. If answer for No.1 is NO then ,How strong will it be if my husband sponsor them for their visit? Even then do we need to produce my DOB certificate?

3. What are the other acceptable alternatives for Birth Certificate??
