If you are an Indian food lover but want to try new and different recipes, then you can try this Indo Italian version of Pasta making. It is tasty, spicy and also different when compared to our Indian dishes.
    You need:
    Onion- 1 big finely chopped
    Tomato-2 big finely chopped
Capsicum – 1 small finely chopped
Ginger & garlic paste 1 spoon each
    Pasta – 250 gms
    Red chilli powder
    Salt
    Garam masala
    Method:
1)Take a kadai and boil pasta in it with some drops of oil.
2)When the pasta appears boiled, strain the water and wash the boiled pastas with cold water.
3)Then apply some oil to pasta to make them non sticky.Keep the pasta aside.
4)Now in a new kadai, add some oil and start adding onion and after it turns golden yellow, add capsicum.Stir for sometime and then add tomatos. Keep stirring adding some butter in between.
5)Now add red chilli powder, salt and some garam masala. Keep stirring till raw smell goes.
6)Now add the cooked pasta and keep in low flame for few minutes.
7)Switch off the stove and also allow it to get marinated in the spices for sometime.
    8)Serve with tomato sauce .

Always note that the spices in the kadai before adding pasta should be strong so that it gets balanced when pasta is added. If you do not find it strong initially, the end product would likely be bland.
