    Hi,

I have got lots of sour curd at my home and i want to utilize it. Please suggest me some recipe which i can make out of it. I have already made kadhi, rawa idli and suji cheela.. but curd required is less and whatever i utilize, again more than that is collected in fridge.

I want to try some new recipe. Please suggest.

    Hi aashuabhi

try "Matha ke aalo", a western UP recipe. Here's the recipe:

blend the curd & make it a little diluted. Now, make the normal aaloo sabzi (oil, zeera, dhaniya-lal mirch-haldi)..Add the potatoes and let them get tender. After they are cooked, add dahi and keep stirring constantly (otherwise the dahi will leave water)..

Remember not to put salt until you have switched off the gas and the sabzi not Very hot.

    I hope you try it!
