    Dear Friends,

    Can anyone giude me w.r.t Soubhagya Sundi Legiyam????:hide:
    I had my delivery in Feb 2011 and now BF my baby... My neighbour had given the legiyam but am not sure how to take and whether there are any side effects?

    Looking for your guidance....

    hello uma,

    First of all Congrtatulations for ur mother hood and ur baby. Legiyam u mentioned is very much good for ur health. it is a best immune. it prevents us from cold, cleanses the unwanted waste in body. It ll not give any sideeffects. U can take upto 6 months after ur delivery.

    Hi Uma,

    Manju has said it all. The legiyam is taken basically to strengthen the uterus muscles after delivery and also aids in digestion. Since it has lots of heavy-duty herbs(!) it's taken in empty stomach and then a tumbler of milk must be gulped down:) I took it only once a day in the morning. Just a small gooseberry size is more than enough.
