    And yesterday I tried Gulab Jamoon cake with some changes . It turned out great !

    I always loved 'dry' gulab jamun, just fried. Never thought about making a cake or pakodas.

    Pakodas will be delicious with semi sweet/milky taste, right?

    I no longer like sugary Jamun, I have few gulab jamun ready mix packs left in freezer, I will try the recipes.

    I used the below ingredients @krishnaamma


    Ingredients
    1. ¾ cup Gulab Jamun mix
    2. ¾ cup whole wheat flour
    3. ¾ cup milkmaid
    4. 1 cup room temperature milk
    5. 1 tablespoon vinegar
    6. ¼ cup oil and some ghee
    7. ½ teaspoon baking powder
    8. ¼ teaspoon baking soda
    9. Pinch of salt
    10. ½ to 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
    11. 2 tablespoons chopped or sliced almonds for garnishing
