Smoothies Recipes

    Once I started the salad thread, I wanted to start smoothies and soups too... :facepalm:
    And I realised all things healthy start with 's':beer-toast1:
    Now, without boring you all too much, I would share a smoothie recipe today
    One smallbanana ( once it turns black, throw it in the freezer for a day or two)
    Peanut butter -1 big spoon
    Milk -3/4 glass
    Cocoa powder -1/2 TSP (optional)
    Little vanilla essence
    Sugar or dates for sweetness
    Blend everything till smooth and drink chilled.
    It is high in protein too:banana::banana:
