Small White Hairs After Waxing

Hi Friends,

This is the first time am doing Waxing. I removed hairs from hands using Veet Wax strips. 1st day i didn't experienced any discomfort, I had applied coconut oil.

But the next day, I am experiencing itchiness and redness in my hands. Also, I could see small small white tiny hair like thing in my hands. I don't know why it came?

And i applied ice cubes after my friends advice. I felt well for that moment alone then again itching. Please help me to get rid off these.

Also please tell me what is the white hair like thing.
