    And so true that when we post our daily routine, then we will be more concicous on what we eat & also will try to stick to our daily routine..

    Sure mam.. definitely we will motivate each other & together will achieve our goal..

    Early morning : Hot water + lemon + honey
    Bfast: 1 cup poha
    Mid mng Snack: - one kiwi + mixed nuts ( peanuts, cashew)
    Lunch: 2 adai dosas + a cup of veggies + small cup of greens
    Eve Snack: 1 glass milk
    Dinner: 2 idlies + 1 cup veggie salad

    Walking/Exercise: 20 mins walking
    Water: 6 glasses

    Everyday I want to update my diet here. Till evening I will be good but in evening I cheat by eating unhealthy.
    Yeaterday and day before I did around 30 mins of walking. Today Im planning to hit 10000 steps. Lets see.

    Yes, I did walk 10000 steps today. It took 90 mins of brisk walk to complete :)

    Pre-breakfast
    - Cup tea with milk & sugar
    Breakfast - 4 boiled egg whites
    Morning snack - chicken breast 2 small peices wrapped in lettuce
    Lunch - Cup of chicken breast peices with onion
    Evening - Cup of tea with milk &. Sugar
    Dinner - hoping same as lunch

    Exercise : completed 10000 steps/ 80 mins of walking

    I will weigh my weight on next saturday.

    Mid mng Snack: nuts
    Lunch: a cup of rice + a cup of veggies + buttermilk
    Eve Snack: 1 glass milk + 2 biscuits
    Dinner: 2 idlies with tomato chutney + 1 Cucumber

    Walking/Exercise: 20 mins walking
    Water: 6 glasses

    Sept 9th Sunday:
    Pre-breakfast
    - Cup tea with milk & sugar
    Breakfast - 5 boiled egg whites & cup of upma
    Morning Snack : Mixed berry and orange juice smoothie with milk & honey
    Lunch - Bowl of boiled chana and onion
    Dinner - Chicken curry with 2 methi chapathi.

    Exercise: 350 calories on Treadmill.

    Mid mng Snack: chikki
    Lunch: a cup of rice + 1 gram flour chilla
    Eve Snack: 1 cup milk + 2 biscuits
    Dinner: 3 chappathis + submits + 1 Guava

    Walking/Exercise: NIL
    Water: 6 glasses

    Sept 10th: Monday
    Breakfast - Cup tea and 2 egg white omlett
    Morning Snack : Bowl of boiled and seasoned kabuli chana
    Lunch : 1 methi chapathi with bowl of chicken curry
    Dinner - Chicken curry with 1methi chapathi.

    Exercise: 12500 steps of walking / 500 calories.

    Im not able to track my water because im consuming less water. From tomorrow im planning to drink from glass instead of bottle and track it. Will also put reminder to drink water.
