    Aug 27, 2018 - Monday
    Pre Bfast: 1 cup coffee
    Bfast: 1 small cup of lemon rice and papad! I know it is weird, but that was dinner last night, so I just packed in for bfast this morning when in rush! :tongueclosed:
    Snack: -
    Lunch: 1 cup brown rice + 1 tbsp bell peppers chutney + 1 small cup sambhar + 1 small cup zucchini kottu
    Snack: 1 cup roasted peanuts
    Dinner: 1 cup strawberries + 1 glass milk

    Walking/Exercise: 20 mins walking
    Water: 7 glasses

    Pre Bfast: 1 cup coffee
    Bfast: 1 bowl of fermented rice with some yogurt and pickle. Yumm. :yum:
    Snack: -
    Lunch: 1 cup brown rice + 1 bowl cabbage kottu + 1 cup lemon rasam
    Snack: 1 Hershey chocolate bar. :neutral: Was really craving sweets, so..!
    Dinner: 1 cup pretzels + 1 small cup mac and cheese + i glass milk.

    Walking/Exercise: 12 mins walking
    Water: 8 glasses

    Pre Bfast: 1 cup coffee
    Bfast: 1 bowl of fermented rice + 2 small vegetarian kababs.
    Snack: 1 cup coffee
    Lunch: 1 cup rice + 1 cup mixed vegetables + 1 cup araithuvitta sambhar
    Snack: 1/2 sandwich with cheese, sprouts and raw veggies + 1 glass Dr. Pepper
    Dinner: 1.5 cups carrot rice

    Walking/Exercise: None
    Water: 6 glasses

    Did not weigh in yesterday. Had family visiting for the weekend. So cooked and ate a lot of food. I don't believe there is any chance I would have lost any weight. So did not weigh in. Will work harder this week, and weigh on this coming Sunday.

    Shall I also join with you in the weight loss journey?

    I’m really trying hard to loose my post pregnancy weight.. initially I have reduced few kgs.. but now i’m Struck & from last month, it started increasing again:( so I ‘m bit down and stopped doing walking/yoga and started eating lots of junk..

    Actually I got struck & I don’t know what to do and how to break this and achieve my goal.. from tomorrow i’ll share my daily schedule here..

    pls motivate me mam to achieve my ideal weight..

    Same problem with me. By posting my daily schedule, the intent is to be more aware of what I eat and consciously cut down on junk.

    Long weekend and went to poconos with 30+ group. Full too food and entertainment. Felt like i need to start again. Today im so tired that i ate rice for lunch :(

    I might have to attend a baby shower in November last week. My target is to reduce around 8 to 10 kgs by that time. Hope I will achieve it.
