Skipping

    I am 33 years old. And i want to burn calories by doing skipping.

    I have 1 girl child of 7.9 months old.
    After that i have gone 2 times MTP in between 30- 45 days because unknowingly i conceived.

    Please some body suggest whether i can do skipping or not. Because some body told me we women should not do skipping after delivering a child
    .

    No, I skip a lot almost for 30 min with break every 10 minutes. I have not had any problem.

    It is not recommended after delivery. You have unknowingly conceived, if you have gone through a surgery for that then it is not recommended to skip. Consult with your doctor before doing skipping or exercises. For some period of time you can take walks to reduce weight than skipping. I dont know if its a midwive's tale, but skipping after delivery (before fat is reduced), is said to deposit all the fat in your back, hips, making them big. So consult with your doctor. Walking is good exercise for now.
