Friends Since lots of ppl are going back home for gud due to recession , heard rents in dubai is falling down ( atleast a bit than before ). Looking for a single or doube bedroom flat in and around burdubai and karama. Let us know if any in the following price range. Happened to see quite a few in Gulf news , still want to try thro IL. Single bedroom ---- 70 to 75 k Double bedroom----80-85k Thanks in advance
Hi Brindha IN Bur Dubai .. rental anytime is b/w 115-120 .. Prices have come down but not upto the level as mentioned by you , IN this range you can find it in Ghuasis ... Regards
hi brindhaaa, you are right prices have come down but what happens is that these real estate people dont folllow the cut down prices. their rents seem to remain the same. take it or leave it thats their attitude. what range you are lookinh yes as said by shivani you will get in ghusaias or in discovery gardens.
Dear Shivani and Zeenat , Thanks for your feedback .Infact i went and saw couple of flats in burdubai ( iam at present staying in opc burdubai , ( single bedroom) looking for a slightly bigger one ) , a brand new single bedroom flat in burdubai costs DHS 75k (believe me , thats the range now ) with all facilities . Didnt liked since the bedroom is smaller than what we have expected . Anyway keeping my fingers crossed ...
hi brindhaaa, actually even im in look out for a bigger flat but my prob is i just dont want to go out of karama or bur dubai . but yet havnt gone to see flats.
